Supercharged Food Love Your Gut Powder is a diatomaceous earth powder that gently cleanses your gut of accumulated waste—between 500g to 3 kilos of undiscarded waste can build up in your digestive system.
Diatomaceous earth (amorphous silica, freshwater type) is a mineral food made from a superfine powder of fossilised algae from freshwater lakes. How to use
Easy to use, minimal taste, mixes easily in drinks and food. Mix 1 teaspoon (1.8g) daily into water, juice, smoothies or add to meals.
