Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
Grease and line a 20 cm square baking tin.
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, 1/2 cup water, and 60mL vegetable oil.
Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
